Digital access — no discretionary refunds. Once supply of your digital content begins, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds where you have expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of your statutory cancellation right. Purchasing alone does not waive that right.
Cancel future renewal. You can cancel your subscription renewal through Whop. Cancellation stops future renewal in line with your billing terms; it does not automatically refund an existing payment. Check your cancellation confirmation for the date your access ends.
Your legal rights remain. This policy does not exclude refunds or other remedies required by law, including for faulty or misdescribed content or services.
